| The Cullen Lakes Association is a non-profit
organization. Membership
is open to anyone wishing to support our organization through
participation
and $15 annual dues, payable in January or when first joining.
Owning
property on the Chain of Lakes is not a prerequisite for membership.
Through the efforts of our volunteers, our association takes weekly Secchi disk readings of the three Cullen Lakes, conducts water quality testing, places and maintains loon nesting platforms, performs "Adopt-a-Highway" median and shoulder area cleanup on Highway 371 near Nisswa, compiles, edits and produces a quarterly newsletter for distribution to members, works with area Lake management organizations, maintains a world wide web presence through it's web site and monitors and reacts when appropriate to local conditions which pose a threat to the quality of the Cullen chain of lakes. |

With the
implementation
of the Enhanced 911 system in Crow Wing County, many of you will have a
change of address for your lake residence. If you use your lake
address
as your mailing address, please write me at with
the
change or use one of the e-mail links on this web site.
|
| CLA Members, please let us know your e-mail address HERE and please include your name and which lake you are located on. We are compiling an e-mail address book of all members who are "connected". In the future, we might consider e-mailing you the Newsletter which will help us keep our operating costs down. That means more time and money for improving our lake quality and less time licking stamps. |
