Question #1:  I just returned from a visit to Florida.  I can't believe the noise some boats there are allowed to make.  One in particular sounded like an overloaded DC-10 taking off into a hurricane.  Another of these "bullet boats" rivaled Brainerd International Raceway on the BIG race weekend!  Then, four of them got into a high speed race right past my condo.  My head is still buzzing.  I understand that in Minnesota, where life is a little more peaceful, boats with motors are required to have a muffler and USE IT!  Right?
