Question #2:  Last summer I saw a guy driving his boat erratically.  He had about five other people with him on board and they were all drinking and hollering like it was Y2K eve in Bruno's bar.  After plowing up the calm water a while, the boat stopped in the middle of the lake and these three women on board began to jump overboard to swim.  One of 'em still had her drink in her hand when she stood on the motor and fell backwards into the water.  I don't know if all of them even made it back to their dock after their swim.  I've seen some dumb things in my life, but these six people collectively had an IQ of somewhat less than room temperature.  I want to be a good neighbor but if this "Einstein" shows up in that condition again should I call the sheriff?
